Presenters

Presenters play a central role at the Annual Meeting and Peer Review: presenting research findings, demonstrating progress, and gathering feedback from external reviewers to enhance research, help realize the program’s intended benefits, and meet program requirements.

Presentations and discussions also support cross-program awareness, alignment, and coordination to advance OE objectives.

Thank you for taking the time to showcase your research, discuss challenges and solutions, engage your peers, and help gather feedback to advance energy storage technology.

Posters & Poster Presentations Instructions

Oral poster presentations and posters are used by peer reviewers to quickly grasp and evaluate work funded by the energy storage program. Use the instructions below to create and submit your technical poster.

Using a 30×40 template, create a technical poster summarizing your FY26 funded project, including work completed and results. Follow the instructions and outline below.

  • Keep text concise and to the point.
  • Minimize jargon and spell out acronyms on first use.
  • Use bullet points for clarity.
  • Ensure all visuals are high quality and relevant.
  • Proofread for spelling and grammatical errors before submission.
